Community Guidelines for The Cheniece Circular
Welcome to The Cheniece Circular community! I’m delighted to have you join us in this space where we aim to foster positivity, support, and understanding among autism parents and allies. To ensure a respectful and safe environment for all, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
Be Respectful: Treat every member of our community with kindness, empathy, and respect. We celebrate diversity and encourage open-mindedness towards different experiences and perspectives.
Maintain Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of others by refraining from sharing personal information or stories without consent. What is shared in our community stays within our community.
Stay Constructive: Engage in discussions with a focus on constructive dialogue. Disagreements are natural, but express your opinions and feedback respectfully, avoiding personal attacks or derogatory language.
Mindful Language: Be mindful of the language you use, avoiding offensive or discriminatory remarks based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.
Keep it Relevant: Ensure that your contributions, comments, and discussions remain relevant to the topic being discussed. Off-topic content may be removed to maintain the clarity and focus of conversations.
No Promotional Content: Refrain from promoting personal or commercial content outside of proper context, including spam, advertisements, or self-promotion unrelated to the discussion at hand.
Report Concerns: If you encounter any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violations of these guidelines, please report it cheniece@cheniece.com immediately. I’m committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive space for all.
